Up Teanaway sits in an expansive valley with dramatic views up and out to the surrounding mountains. The property's designated wildfire risk necessitated a mountain house with a durable, non-combustible exterior and a minimalist surrounding landscape. Large windows and doors on the primary view side give the home an outward perspective, while the bright, warm interior provides the contemporary mountain backdrop the clients were after. Rift-cut white oak cabinetry and millwork throughout combine with wide plank, white oak flooring to tie each space into a cohesive mountain home.
