Waterfront Condo
This penthouse condo offered endless design opportunities and provided two key design assets – abundant natural light and unique, expansive views to Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. The project transforms the large, dated home through a clean, contemporary design that is reflective of the owners’ lifestyle and taste. The design leverages several key features including: a large, open entertaining space comprised of the Kitchen, Living, Dining and Music spaces; three fireplaces serving the Living Room, Den and Master Bedroom; several skylights, including a large gabled skylight over the Entry Hall; and multiple connections to a large outdoor terrace. Careful detailing of a rich, tactile palette of materials allows each of the design elements to engage and utilize the natural light and views wherever possible.
