ORCHARD BLUFF

Modern Farm House

Orchard Bluff sits atop a 60-acre working farm overlooking East Grand Traverse Bay, where architecture and landscape intertwine. Three distinct structures—linked by transparent glass bridges—create a composition that frames the surrounding orchards and fields in constant dialogue with the natural setting. Clad in weathered corten steel, the buildings echo the agrarian character of the site while large expanses of glazing invite the shifting light, seasons, and pastoral views deep into the interiors. Elevated on a bluff above the orchard, Orchard Bluff is both a retreat and a celebration of its working landscape.
