"Industrial Outpost"

Duwamish Mixed-Use

The banks of Seattle’s Duwamish Waterway host a fascinating mix of industrial and maritime facilities, commercial buildings, parks and residential neighborhoods, making it one of the city’s most eclectic districts.  The “Industrial Outpost” fits perfectly into this context.  The main level serves as a workshop and storage building for a landscape design and construction company.  The upper level is a caretaker’s dwelling, with a large deck and views out to the Duwamish River and the Seattle skyline beyond.
